Audrey of Mulberry
In 2013, the LISA Project asked artist Tristan Eaton to help turn New York's Little Italy's blank walls into a museum without doors, and on the corner of Mulberry and Broome — the side of Caffe Roma — he answered with "Audrey of Mulberry." Eaton spliced Hepburn's face together from two languages at once: timeless black & white portraiture interrupted by ribbons of technicolor pop, the classic and the electric sharing one gaze. The Kidrobot alum and toy-design prodigy turned street muralist chose Hepburn deliberately — classic beauty for a classic neighborhood — and the corner has since become one of the most photographed walls in New York, a pilgrimage site where tourists line up for a portrait with a portrait. This twelve-foot icon of an icon is now captured for the first time as a limited edition 250mg 24-karat gold Aurum.

Historic location.
Audrey Hepburn wasn’t from New York. Born in Brussels, raised across Europe, and yet no face belongs to this city more. One morning in 1960 made it so — a black Givenchy dress, a coffee & croissant outside Tiffany’s window. Breakfast at Tiffany’s turned Hepburn into New York’s idea of itself: the elegance it aspires to, the loneliness it hides, the reinvention it promises everyone who arrives with borrowed confidence and a bag of belongings.
That’s why a Hepburn mural in Little Italy needs no explanation. New York mints icons regardless of origin, as its identity is built on building families out of strangers. When Tristan Eaton put her twelve feet tall on Mulberry Street in famous Little Italy, he wasn’t importing a Hollywood face, but rather welcoming her home.

Certified authentic.
Each Aurum is double serialized, with one unique serial number on the bill, and one on the certificate of authenticity, or COA. Each COA is sequentially numbered, so you'll know which you got off the production line of our mint.
The serials on every COA are protected by FIPS-compliant holographic, tamper-evident seals. The Aurum bills have the same embedded anti-counterfeiting tech found in the Swiss franc. In short, there's never been a more protected gold collectible or art print.

About the Artist
Tristan Eaton
Tristan Eaton started the way most artists finish: in the permanent collection of MoMA. The Los Angeles-born designer created his first toy for Fisher-Price at eighteen, then went on to design Kidrobot’s Dunny and Munny, the blank-canvas vinyl figures that ignited the designer toy movement and earned a place in the Museum of Modern Art.
Over the past two decades, Eaton has become one of the world’s most recognized muralists, his collaged portraits rising stories tall across New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Paris, and outer space, with commissions spanning Nike to Versace.
