We’re thrilled you’re considering placing an order with MetalMark. We’re motivated to get your order out quickly so you can enjoy the benefits of these world-class collectibles.

Shipping Options and Rates

We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped as fast as possible. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas. Expedited orders placed after 10:00am central time will require an additional business day for processing.

We offer free shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipping to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States. What constitutes a qualified order may change over time and without warning.

The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by the order value or local delivery options.

Shipping Holidays

MetalMark and our shipping partners do not ship or deliver orders during federally-observed holidays. Shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Contiguous United States

We ship ground on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing and an additional 1-7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

** The free shipping threshold will be disclosed on the site at the time of order and may change over time.

Shipping to a PO Box

We ship ground within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We can currently ship to PO Boxes, though we reserve the right to change this at any time. If shipping to a PO Box, please watch your tracking carefully and ensure you pick up the product in a timely manner. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight or insured value of the order. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

*As Alaska and Hawaii fall out of the contiguous US, promotional shipping (like free shipping) is not valid for orders shipped there.

International Shipping

For now, we do not accept any international orders and do not ship internationally.
