MetalMark is committed to protecting your personal information and securing our information systems, online platforms, and vendor relationships. We consider the confidentiality of your personal information to be of paramount importance and we use every available industry-standard, bank-grade, leading security measures to safeguard your data from manipulation, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons and to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

• We are 100% SSL by default. Our entire site and connections to vendors are encrypted through SHA256 SSL.
• Our registration, account section, sign-in page, and some purchase processes are password protected.
• Your password is one-way encrypted. We cannot ever know your password, nor do we handle it directly, nor can we retrieve it.
• All form submissions from you, including your email address and all personally-identifiable information, are encrypted before being transmitted to us.
• All information from us, including your order history and all personally-identifiable information, are encrypted before being transmitted to you.
• We use industry-standard measures, including firewalls and the principle of least privilege, to protect all systems under our control.
• We continually enhance our security measures as new technology or practices are made available, and in response to any newly discovered threats or attack vectors.
• For some functionality, we use trusted third-parties with stellar track records on security, privacy, and compliance.
• We do not ever know your credit card information, nor can we retrieve it. We charge cards using a token system.

Fraud Awareness

MetalMark and our employees, agents, or vendors will never ask for your credit card information, password, bank information, or any sensitive payment information via any means.

If you receive a text message, email, phone call, or any other message claiming to be from or acting on behalf of MetalMark, with any such request for this type of information, ignore it with prejudice and immediately contact us through an official channel below.

Please be aware that we will not be liable for any damages resulting from your failure to heed this warning.
