Refund and Return Policy

We hope you love your world-class, unique collectibles. In the event you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, we offer a conditional money-back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.
Note: For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for more information, as we are unable to provide refunds for our products purchased through another party.
Refund Qualifications
To be eligible for a refund, the following initial criteria must be met:
- All refunds must be related to an order placed on mtlmrk.com. We do not offer refunds on items purchased outside of our website.
- The refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The order must be marked as delivered, or was otherwise lost in transit. We do not offer refunds on orders still in transit.
- The product must not be a digital item, such as a gift card. All digital sales are final.
- The items must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and must be returned.
With all our collectibles, whether newly minted or used, there may be slight imperfections resulting from the printing process or handling. For refunds related to imperfections or minor visual defects, only egregious issues affecting the resale value or integrity of the physical product will be considered.
For All Refunds:
- All shipping costs – including any insurance – from the original order are non-refundable.
- Any buyer’s premiums or other buyer’s fees are non-refundable.
- We do not price match with retailers or competitors.
- Please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Holidays or other seasonal events may extend this window up to 30 business days.
- The refund will be processed when the merchandise has been returned.
- Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
- We do not offer store credit or gift cards for refunds.

Returns
If your order is eligible for a refund:
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
- Please pack the items securely to ensure there is no damage while in transit.
- You may use the original product box or your own. Please ensure any reference to the old tracking numbers or labels are completely removed or covered.
- We do not reimburse any expenses related to packaging, such as boxes or dunnage.
- Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA# or original order number and will help us process the return faster.
- Securely attach your return label to the package.
- Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include the original order information or the return RMA# inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping all tracking numbers for your records. Any shipping costs incurred by using your own provider are not reimbursed.
