Green Death
In 1968, Lancer Publishing put out a collection of short novels about werewolves by acclaimed fantasy author Robert E. Howard. Frank Frazetta was commissioned for the cover, and the result was the first version of "Green Death." Frazetta would soon revise the piece, ensuring the maiden is depicted as intensely watching the battle. Now captured for the first time as a 250mg 24-karat gold Aurum.

Fine art.
Real gold.
Limited edition.
Our mint is the only one in the world capable of turning fine art into Aurums, the flexible bank notes made with 24-karat gold. This technology holds world-wide patents, using highly-customized currency printers and metal refining practices from the semiconductor industry to create physical bills with intrinsic value. Plus, they contain a myriad of modern anti-counterfeiting protections found in modern currencies — now in an art print for the first time.
This is art on the gold standard.
Gorgeous front & back.
As part of our commitment to ensuring an accurate and faithful reproduction, MetalMark artists spend countless hours transferring over design elements from the original work and adapting them for minting with gold.

Art is meant to be admired and appreciated. When you make art with gold, it can appreciate while it’s admired.
Real, beautiful gold
Protected by dual layers of flexible polymer, the substantial gold inside is safe from scratches and exposure to the elements.
True scarcity
Our collaborations feature big names and small lots. We only mint a small number of first editions, and once they’re gone, that’s it.
Dual-value asset
Fine art has a market (including prints), and gold has a market. Fine art made with gold has appreciation potential across both.
