2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
Begins on the date of the first promotional post and ends on March 6th, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter
Visit https://mtlmrk.com/giveaway during the Giveaway Period and sign up for the email list. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or third-party entries are void. Entry constitutes consent to receive emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor may make available additional methods for entry disclosed on official channels, such as engaging on social media posts.
5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
One (1) winner will each receive a prize package with an ARV of ~$730. Total ARV: $730. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries when the contest ends. Winners will be contacted via the email provided. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner will be selected.
7. Odds
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. (Odds = 1 ÷ Total entries)
8. Requirements
Winners must be able to receive deliveries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable items.
9. Publicity
We take customer privacy seriously. By entering, you do not grant Sponsor permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If Sponsor desires to use your name and likeness, a separate agreement will be necessary.
10. Limitations of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, tariffs, or other fees that may be imposed on the winner by federal, state, or local authorities. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

12. Disputes
All disputes will be resolved under Texas law and exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
